Teacher Ee Ling

VOL lessons have been conducted seamlessly over the past 2 months.  Teacher Ee Ling’s dedication and devotion in preparing and conducting these classes have paid off.  Each lesson involves real teaching, explanation of difficult words and their usage.  The kids are given equal opportunities to participate in class.  Little offline activities like book review via voice recording is fun too.  It allows the kids to articulate what they have read and share with the teacher and class.  They are also eager to attend Teacher Ee Ling’s class and her book recommendations for the week.  Thumbs up to Shine Language for sailing through this period steadily with a well thought through online classes.

In view of the COVID-19 outbreak, I am grateful that Shine Language has acted swiftly to offer and develop a comprehensive Virtual Online Learning “VOL” programme to ensure that all their students received the best support academically during this challenging period. I truly appreciate Ms. Ee Ling for teaching my two boys, aged 10 (P4) and 11 (P5) for her great passion and patience. Her lessons are fun and interactive and my boys love to attend her classes. Ms Ee Ling will also provide in-depth explanations and tips to help the students to understand and learn better during the “VOL”. Thank you for putting in time and effort to educate our kids to enjoy and succeed in their learning journey.

Mrs Mok

Jerlyn loves her English lesson with Teacher Ee Ling.  She is patient, kind and helpful.  It makes Jerlyn who is rather shy to enjoy her classes . I am also thankful that after she attends her English lessons, her result has improved!

 

Currently, because of Covid-19, she has been having her English class online.  Teacher Ee ling has been very patient with the students.  Even when she is not physically by the students’ side, she makes sure everyone understands the lesson, gives them time to understand and write their notes/answers.  She also makes sure everyone has a chance to contribute during the lesson!

During this period of pandemic, remote learning is our new “norm”.  I am really glad that Shine lessons have resumed via virtual online Learning and access to the classes are also password protected to ensure a secure environment.

Teacher Ee Ling has made her lessons interesting and interactive.  I can hear Eyanne’s laughter, engaging in discussion with teacher and friends.  I am really glad that Shine network team of teachers are doing all that is necessary to minimise impacting the learning progress of the students.
